Sometimes when somebody pops up out of the blue and makes you feel good and helps you to come over something, you're in for a surprise and slowly you start expecting that out of the person every time. It's like that becomes his job - to make you feel better when you're down in the dumps. You feel like he did it last time, he'll do it again now. In fact, he'll do it at all times. And just when you start liking it, it stops.

Nobody stays in your life forever. So, stop expecting that in the first place. With time, you will grow over some people, some people will grow over you, it’s like that. All this “forever” business - its bullshit. Best thing about this is, you know you have limited time with everybody who enters your life so guess you should make the best of it and be around those who make you happy. Trying to make something happen with someone who makes you anything less than happy is a waste of precious precious time. I'm still coming to terms with that.

Relationships!

Man is a knot into which relationships are tied.

Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That's why it's a comfort to go hand in hand.

Don't smother each other. No one can grow in the shade.

Assumptions are the termites of relationships.

Someone to tell it to is one of the fundamental needs of human beings.

Soul-mates are people who bring out the best in you. They are not perfect but are always perfect for you.

Sometimes you have to get to know someone really well to realize you're really strangers.

Once the realization is accepted that even between the closest human beings infinite distances continue, a wonderful living side by side can grow, if they succeed in loving the distance between them which makes it possible for each to see the other whole against the sky.

The hardest thing to do is...

.... to not be cynical when you have all the reasons to be so.

to look for the silver lining in the cloud when all you see is endless stretch of darkness.

to smile when things go wrong and to say - Yeah S**t happens!

to try to find the positive side of all negative outcomes.

to not believe when others try to drive home the point that you are a loser.

Guess it's the hardest because it's the right way. The only right way

SO WHAT'S THE NEXT STEP PEOPLE???

1. I hate the fact that my math’s phobia seems to be an in-built thing. All someone needs to do is tell me to do a few problems and I automatically start howling. Those dratted squiggly-wiggly figures create such a chaos in my neurons that not just my body but even my soul goes into coma. 2. I hate the fact that 14 years of education (my schooling started when I was 1 ½ years old!) has totally made me anti-teachers. They don’t even have to do anything to invoke this wonderful sensation (there are only three exceptions here, Mr. Suvro Chatterjee, my 6th standard class teacher and my mum). 3. I don’t understand the fact that my instinct/sixth sense/whatever works only when something needs fixing in my friends’ lives. I usually get bruised and clobbered and jumped upon before I get a hang of things and do something about it. In fact I think you could travel up to Mars and come back with aliens as proof and I would still be figuring things out. 4. I dislike the fact that people I like can walk all over me and I’m not likely to retaliate. Like the fool that I am I just distance myself from them. Ah but wait till someone I don’t like crosses my path... *insert evil grin here* Hell springs up right where I am then buddy! ;) I was told the first step to bringing change is to accept that you have faults. Ok. So I am flawed, imperfect and somewhat demented......... Now what?

Change is for everyone but only strong can accept the change.

Many a time, we need a change in life. In mine, I want it constantly. There are certain things that I wish weren’t happening, but they are. Life dishes out so many strange things - it hits us when we least expect it. Love is one of them. Sometimes, we feel that we’re lonely in a crowd, and at others, we realize that one special person is all we need to become complete. We move forward without going ahead, and we rush ahead while standing perfectly still. We’re all cut from the same fabric.Life as we know it is an amazingly beautiful chain of events. Those who can grasp its potential are especially fortunate. For most people will live without question and without wonder and accept the simplest terms without hesitation and want. But those who want are more than most; they accept and encourage the road ahead, and with open arms welcome change. Change is an important part of our existence. Over the centuries and our lives we have evolved as people and have welcomed the coming knowledge each day brings. Changes we face day to day offers guidance. Guidance is offered without our requesting it, and although sometimes we feel as though there is no purpose to the chaos, we find its beauty buried within ourselves. As we awake everyday and face each hour without certainty of what will be, we make certain choices and accept certain things as they are. For those things are what life is, they are larger than you and me and are essential. Life, is larger than the individual, it is huge and yet it is so small as to connect each and every one of us on the most basic level. Life as we know it, change as we’ll have it Chaos as it truly is, Existence as it very well may be Exist as we do what we must, reality as we try to understand That is in the simplest of terms

There’s something very elemental, enchantingly primeval in the way the rain falls. Look at the passion with which the Sky sears and simmers for his beloved Earth, audaciously resonating the heavens with his love, how hurried the drops fall, like a fervent lover rushing to melt in his beloved’s arms and when they meet eventually, how fragrant their union blooms.On this cold January night, my love, let’s close the windows and retreat to the warmth of our rooms, because as it rains outside, sky and earth are making love tonight.
